Refunds and exchanges
Based on the nature of our products, refunds are not accepted. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted for a personal preference in scent. If you ever need to know scent info for a melt, you can find all fragrance notes in the description.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 385 Hickory Top Road SE, Cleveland, TN, 37311, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are on a case-to-case basis. Exchanges are not permitted for wax melts or candles. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for an exchange if permitted unless it is for a damaged or defective item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do offer cancellations! Contact us within 4 hours of your purchase to receive a full refund.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards.
